Hi Atlassian Support and Community,
I am currently setting up a trial version of Jira Cloud and made the mistake of not setting up a 2nd Jira admin before setting up security groups.
No active account currently holds Organization Admin access, and I can prove domain/account ownership.
Thank you for your help,
Tony
Hello @Anthony Ramos
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
You can get assistance with that problem by contacting Technical Support through
https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
Or by contacting the Licensing support team through
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
Here we are a user community and don't have access to your Organization so cannot provide direct help to you.
Thank you @Trudy P Claspill , I will give this a try.

Hello @Anthony Ramos
Yep, that's a common problem. Even official documentation from Atlassian advises a second admin.
Billing support as provided link from @Trudy P Claspill should help you, but be ready to provide proof of ownership as it will be asked.
Best,

@Arkadiusz Wroblewski Thank you, this was one of those Oh Shoot as I was clicking on save. Will definitely set up a 2nd admin once I am back in.
