Dear All,
I am new of the software and I would like to ask help on a topic.
Is it possible to add on a dashboard the graph with the priority assigned by week for a certain period?
I would like to track the "urgency", giving the right visibility and publish them on the dashboard.
Thansk a lot.
Fabio
Hello @Fabio Fornoni
Welcome to the Atlassian community!
Can you explain your use case in more detail?
Are you trying to determine how many high priority issues are created each week?
Can you provide a mock up for the graph you are hoping to be able to construct?
Dear Trudy,
thanks for answer.
I would get 2 graphs
- one with the the bar and the priority assigned (see picture 1)
- one with the lines with week priority over a certain period (see picture 2)
Thanka a lot for your help.
Best regards,
Fabio

Hello @Fabio Fornoni
Jira does not have graphs natively for either of those requirements.
You will need to consider use of a third party app the extends the chart creation capabilities. Are you willing to consider that?
Alternately you may search for issues that you want to include and export the data to another application, such as Excel, where you can create the graphs yourself.

I can consider a third software party app, if this app is free of charge.
Can you suggest somethinhg, please?

I don't have a specific recommendation.
Here is a link to the Atlassian Marketplace for a search for free apps for Jira Cloud, using the keyword "charts". You'll need to review the app capabilities to see if they meet your needs and ensure they are free.
