Smart Commit commands not working

Hello,

I've integrated Bitbucket and Jira together. However my smart commits are not working. This is what I am doing

JIR1 #comment i am a comment #done

On Bitbucket I can click on JIR1, but the comment and status are not changing.
What could be the issue?
