Smart Checklist Permissions

I keep getting this when trying to use Smart Checklist but I do show that enabled when I go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage Apps -> Smart Checklist -> Settings -> MyProject is Enabled

This looks like a permission setup issue. To import templates, you must have either "Edit Issue" permission or the "Add Smart Checklist Items" if you are using Smart Checklist custom permissions.

Could you please confirm if you have those? If you don't have access to this information, your Jira Admin/Project Admin should be able to assist.
