I use the "Smart Attachments" plugin for Jira. In addition to categorizing attachments, It allows me to create a storage in the project, the "Files and Documents" field appears in the sidebar. But I don't understand where to configure the file access rules for this storage. Is there such a possibility? And if it is controlled by the general scheme of access rights of the project, what is one of the permissions?
