Slackbot To-Do list?

I have Slack and Jira. I have Jira Cloud connected to Slack. Slack has to-do lists. Jira does not have a filter for mentions ["show me work items where I was @mentioned"]

Is there a way to have @mentions in a Jira project generate items in a Slack to-do list so that I can check them off as I review them?
