Slack integration - get notified only on my issues

Currently I get notified on almost any changes in JIRA, regarding tasks, even tasks that I'm not assigned on. The thing is that there are no appropriate filters for me tho customize it the way I want to be notified. 

What I want is to be notified on:
* issues that I am assigned on
* when issue is transitioned to a different state. I don't care when the issue is updated in name, description, label, etc. I only need to be notified when the state of the issue is updated.

Per your description, I understand you want to receive notifications only when the issues assigned to you get transitioned. Is that correct?

I believe you might be able to achieve what you need by following the steps below:

1. In the field "FOR ISSUES THAT MATCH THIS FILTER", click on "switch to JQL" and type the following query:

   assignee = currentUser()

2. In the field "Status is transitioned to", add all the statuses you have
3. Clear the field "Issue is"
