I had a workflow that allowed me to create a Jira ticket and set a label and component for a dynamic project, along with an issue type triggered by a form. Recently, my Slack account changed, and I lost the permissions to access the workflow. When I duplicated the workflow, I was no longer able to set up labels. The label and component options only appear if I select a specific issue type. Is there something I can do to set up the labels even if I have a dynamic issue type? I'm using the Slack's Jira cloud connector

Hi @MARIA DEL PILAR GUTIERREZ Castro ,

It should be that the fields that are shown when creating a Jira issue from Slack are determined by the create issue/work item screen config. Although not all fields will appear due to Slack's limitation on the number of fields in the modal. There's this related feature request: API-157: Customize the fields in the 'Create Issue' form in Slack 

As you've mentioned that you lost some permissions, can you try to reconnect Jira and Slack to see if that will help? 👀

There's also this known bug JRACLOUD-92161: Fields reset in "Create Issue from Jira Cloud" Slack Integration, but I wouldn't say this is quite connected with your case. 🤔
