Slack Integration-pull bug details by Issue ID in Slack instead of the Key.

Currently in Slack when we search by the Key, bug details are displayed. 

I was wondering if there is a way to pull the bug details by Issue ID and not the Key.

Hi Varsha, welcome to the Community!

I'd love to help here but could use a little more clarification. In Jira, the issue key refers to something like "TIS-112". I'm assuming when you say "Issue ID", you mean that you want the integration to match on "112" only - is that correct?

If that's the case, unfortunately the integration won't match that way. The full issue key is needed so that Jira knows which project is being referenced, and so that random numbers don't trigger an issue preview.
