Slack Integration More Actions Only Showing "Unwatch"

Hello,

With the Slack integration with Jira, posting a Jira link provides the details of the Jira and some actions. The More actions... drop down is only showing the "unwatch" action and not the "watch" action even tho I'm currently not watching the Jira.

This changed somewhere around May 8th - may 12th. Prior to this date I would see the "watch" action and I was able to watch the jira via the slack message.

Was this an intentional change, is there any current plans on fixing this?

I have not been able to find any suitable workaround for this to work in slack.

Also experiencing this issue- this is the one action I was hoping to use with the Slack/Jira integration.
