I'm the admin, site was deactivated due to inactivity as the emails went to spam folder, and I need help restoring it, Thank you!

Hello @INTRA ,

Good day! I got an update from the internal team that this cloud site has been destroyed and can no longer be reinstated. It was deleted last 23 Jan 2026. You would need to setup a new account to claim the same cloud site URL or choose a different cloud site. Thank you!

I requested assistance from Atlassian Support for you. this can take up to 2 work days for them to reach out your post here.

Here on the portal we are users like you and can't re-enable this for you.

I do hope this deactivation is not to long ago otherwise all information will be deleted and not recoverable.
