Site creation failed

Hello,

First my firt login into Jira i was asked to create a site, as part of the on-boarding. The site was available, confirmed by the green check mark, but when I click next I get an error after a while, saying that it failed and I need to try again.

For the other tried, I get the information that the site is not available anymore, so I think the site was created, in the first attempt, but I have no access to it.

Have you faced a similar issue ? Can you help me get the first site ?

If you access to https://admin.atlassian.com/ can you see the site?

Hi Sam, 

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, i see only the last accepted one. 
I tried to change the URL (To the first one) from the admin page, and I got the error messge that this URL is already in use.
