I have one user that after he signs into Jira and it automatically goes to the jira.mysite/secure/Dashboard.jspa page and then times out.
No other users are experiencing this issue that I know of. I was able to duplicate as that user, so I know it is not a browser or computer issue. I did do a reindex and still same issue. This just started a couple days ago. No updates or changes have been made to Jira or the server.
Edit- From looking at the jira log file I see the following.
