Single select multi-column dropdown list

Sayed Yusuf Daud June 27, 2023 edited

Hello. I have a list of severities that are used for helpdesk tickets with short descriptions of what each severity means.
To standardise my organisation's classification of severities between the different employees, I would like a multi-column dropdown list where the severities are shown in one column and a description of the respective severity next to it.
Please see the below image, can anyone help me get it done on Jira? I can find such things on other platforms.

To be clear, I do not need a multi-select list or a cascading list. The criteria are not dependent on other field selections and only one severity should be assigned to a ticket. I simply want to display more information in the helpdesk dropdown list.

@Sayed Yusuf Daud

As far as I am aware, there are no options to perform this.

Thanks,

Kian

Thanks for confirming my suspicion, Kian. I wish it were otherwise!
