The Sandbox is a test environment, but without the Apps we cannot fully test. A good example is the need of JMWE. Can you advise is there a way to obtain this for the Sandbox since we are using the Plugin on production?

Hi @Viktoriya Boneva,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

For any apps that you are subscribing to in production you just have to install in the sandbox and it will detect that you have a paid subscription, there is nothing special you need to do. Please have a look at this KB for more information about installing apps in sandbox.

Hey @Viktoriya Boneva

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

For any apps that have a paid subscription on your Production site, you can use them on the Sandbox without any additional costs.

If you want to try a new app on the Sandbox before installing it on the production, you'll have a trial duration (30-days).

The document shared by @Mikael Sandberg covers all the details.

Thanks!
