Signature

Hi ,

I am new to this forum . The person in charge of JIRA left and I am temporarily taking care of the server.

I want to change the signature of one user when she replies (her signature is blank). Signatures works fine for all the other users. I am trying to see how to compare the signature of the user the is working and the other that has problem but cannot see where i can see the configuration/settings of signature.

Any help will be appreciated to point me where to start and go

What app or process are you using to do this "signature"?
