It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me sign in.
I've read all the FAQs and tried to get the verification code email for re-signing in.
But I never received the notification email. I checked my email settings with our company's IT team, and they were unable to find any spamming or blocking issues with my email.
The funny thing is, I received the password reset email today, but not the verification code email that I tried on the same day (6/9).
Please help me find the way to sign in.

You need to open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if your email address is on the Suppression List.
One thing to note is that this is not the account I'm mentioning above.
