Sign-in Problem from Jira to Confluence and Bitbucket

Hi There,

I am facing Sign-in problem when I am try to jump from Jira to confluence or Bitbucket from Navigation bar menu. Sometimes I can easily Access tools with my previous login But some times it is asking me to login again after jumping to other tool. SSO is not working as expected it seems. How and What configurations or changes needs to be performed so that I can resolve this problem and I can move from Jira to confluence or bitbucket frequently with SSO.
