Hi,
We set up our JIRA workflow as follows:
1) One global scrum project that includes all client projects through a filter option.
2) All client projects have multiple versions that implicit small projects within the client project (eg. project name is "CLIENT XYZ" and within this project we have two versions with the name "1_Apparel Range FW19/20" and one "2_Cap Range SS20".
3) As mentioned in 1) all client projects are shown in our global scrum project backlog and sprint board
4) We now also want to show all versions of the various client projects on the version page of our global scrum project. How can we do this?
Looking forward to your support.
Thanks and regards,
Erdem
There's no way to do this at the moment, sorry. A version is a project-level artifact and can only exist in one project. If you have a separate "scrum project", it is not going to have versions from other projects (even if you duplicate them with the same name, you'll find the versions are separate entities in different projects)
Hi Nic,
Thanks for the quick reply.
Is there any chance to include the versions page of each project on Confluence similar to JIRA tasks?
Kind regards,
Erdem

I am not sure what you are looking for there.

Hi,
I have made a screenshot of what I am looking for. Basically I want to include the version view of all projects that we have in one page, this way we have a complete overview of all running releases.
Is there any chance to do that? Maybe have a confluence page and insert all release views there?
Thanks

Yes, I think you've hit the best approach there. Use Confluence to contain several project reports in one place.
