In my JIRA Zendesk integration, I would like to show the email address associated with the ZD ticket in this summary. So when I am reviewing the JIRA ticket I can easily tell which customer(s) submitted the related ZD ticket(s). Thanks in advance.
@Steve Hess per their documentation I believe you would have to create a custom field and then sync it to the zenith desk customer field. https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408825394458-Using-the-Jira-field-syncing-feature
