Please advise if it’s possible to enable the following feature to Jira:
When the user has a ticket open and someone else updates that ticket, a pop-up appears that tells the user that changes were made and that they need to refresh the page to see the updates.
For example in another company’s Jira:
This is a feature we do have in Confluence but not in Jira
