Show history task of epic on board

Hello. I have epic API. And i have history task CLOUD-863 that belongs to epic API. Why i can not see CLOUD-863 on my board?

Developer from our team fixed this. He were move epic from roadmap to board. Fixed. Thanks guys.

Hi @kirgk25 

Are you asking why a specific issue is not appearing on your board?

If so, have you checked the following, such as for Classic projects

• Does your missing issue match the filter?
• Are your status values mapped to the board columns?
• For Kanban boards, have you set a sub-filter for the board which may be hiding the issue?

What kind of Board are you using? Scrum or Kanban? By "history task" you mean a old ticket that was resolved and it is still connected to an epic called API? Do you want to only see this specific task (CLOUD-863) or this is only a example?
