Hello - When looking at our user story map, we noticed that issues that are flagged as blocked, etc. are not highlighted as they are in the backlog view.  Is it possible to have blocked issues highlighted in the user story map so we can see them at a glance?

Thanks for your help!

Hello @Chip Hartzog

Welcome to the community.

User Story Mapping does not appear to be a native feature of JIRA Server. Which third party app are you using for that functionality?

Thanks for your response, Trudy!  We are using the Story Map plugin from Easy Agile, but not sure which version.  This must be a limitation of the plugin itself.

Hi Chip,

I’m reaching out to let you know we’ve added issue flags from Jira to the Easy Agile TeamRhythm app. Issue cards on the User story map will now display in yellow with a red flag icon, matching the display on Jira’s backlog.

This latest update also includes dependency lines on the User story map. More information about this update is available here

The app has also been renamed from “Easy Agile User Story Maps” to “Easy Agile TeamRhythm”. It now includes a Retrospective page in addition to the User Story Map. More information about the new Retrospective of the app is available in our documentation here.

Let us know what you think of this new functionality!

Kind regards,
Henri, Support Engineer @ Easy Agile
