Show custom fields based on user's permission

Hello, 

I have created new custom fields and it should be visible to team lead and admins only. 

Most of these fields are estimation related. For e.g. I have created new field Client Estimate, It will have the estimate from client side and don't want my team to see this custom field. 

There will be another field by Estimation (Internal) and it will be visible to team only. 

Is there any way where I can show/hide custom fields based on user's permissions. 

Please, this is a major requirement. If someone can suggest an alternative then it would be great as well. Looking forward. Thanks.

@Hizkeel Khan You will need an app from the marketplace like this one https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212681/secure-fields-data-security-privacy?hosting=cloud&tab=overview as this feature is not available in the current product.

@Brant Schroeder - Thank you for the answer. Is there any alternative for this? The app you mentioned is expensive. Can I make any changes in the field configurations or something?

@Hizkeel Khan there might be other apps but there is nothing in the delivered application that provides this functionality.

Ok. Thank you for the response. So, It's a dead end from Jira unless we use any 3rd party application.
