Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
There were some changes in Jira Cloud recently and the landing page changed to the Project list instead of the Dashboard.
With that said, we can undo this for your instance and for that I created a ticket with our support for them to disable this feature.
You should have received a notification and soon someone will contact you.
