Should Quick Timesheet still be working in Jira v8.6.1?

My JIRA administrators are in a different timezone. They just upgraded to Jira v8.6.1 and now Quick Timesheet is throwing an error. Is this add-on still free?

The free versions are still available on the marketplace.  And yes , it should be working.
