Hi,
we have created 3 different projects for our support, I have also created a couple of dummy issues, to see how the service dask is working, and I have found out, that I have to choose every single project, to see the issues. Are there any options to create somekind of a overview board like dashboards in Jira, to have them sorted after the status or issued date? It could also be a kan ban or something.
For example:
Thanks for your support in advance.

Hello Ziga,
I understand that you would like to display a list of your issues from multiple projects in a dashboard format. Is it correct?
You can use the Filter Results Gadget to display the issues as you need. These would be the steps:
1 - navigate to your issue navigator page and type a query (Using advanced mode) to return all the issues you want, using the "project in" parameter to define the projects where the issues are placed. For example:
2 - Save the query as a filter
3 - Navigate to your dashboard > Click to Add Gadget > Add the filter results gadget
4 - Configure the Gadget with the filter you created
Let me know if this information helps.
Hi Petter,
big thank you, for your support, but I have seen, that I have not pass you the Information, that I want to make a dashboard overview of issues, that are created in the Jira Service Desk Applications, by Admins (for the Customers) or customerst themselve have created them, but every issue is placed in the different project, depend which topic is needed.
Are there any Options to make a complete overview of the opened issues in the Service desk itself?
Thanks for your support in advance.
BR,
Ziga

Hello Ziga,
Using the mentioned Filter Results gadget, you can display issues from any projects you want, including from Service Desk projects.
You can also create a customized queue in your service desk to display the issues you want, however, it will return only issues from the project you are.
For multiple projects, I would recommend you to use the Filter Results Gadget as mentioned before. Can you try the instructions provided in my last answer and check if it works for you?
If it does not meet what you are looking for, could you please specify to us which is the exact goal you are not being able to achieve?
