Share settings with existing project not showing template project

The project I want to share settings with is not showing in the dropdown list, even though I have been added to it as an Administrator.

Also the template project is company managed and for the new one I want to create I have selected the same project type and company-managed option as well.

I'm a Jira admin and this article only mentions the People settings (which is there) so I don't know what else could prevent me from seeing the project in the dropdown...:

Hi Vicky,

Can you share a screenshot of the Manage Projects page showing the details of the "template project"? 

Have you ever been able to use it before?
