Share Filters and Dashboards with Team

I am building a dashboard for our team and have so far created filters and the dashboard but they were set as "Private". Ideally, I would create a team with our staff that can be updated easily as teams change from time to time, and then add permissions to the team to view/edit filters and the dashboard.

Currently, I'm having to add each individual member to each filter and the dashboard which is tedious. I see that I can add "groups" however, that is at an Admin level that isn't ideal for when we need to make an update to the team members.

Just wondering if anyone has a solution to mass update!

Sharing filters with a team is today not possible. But there's a couple of workarounds you can use that are right there in your screenshot:

• If you can create a group (in your site's user management), you can share your filters and dashboards with that group, representing your team.
• if your team is working on one / more Jira projects, you can also share the filter/dashboard with (the users of) that project. You can even refine further to select one or multiple user roles in that project. The benefit of this approach is that evolves easily if you change access to it.
