Hi @김정민
Sorry to hear that there was a problem with sign-up. I found there appears to have been a service with degraded performance around the time you posted here. This looks like it has since been resolved. Please let us know if you still encounter any problems with creating a Cloud site.
Thanks
Andy
Everything went well! Thanks
On top of that, can I ask after 30-day trial ended, then it will be automatically charged or I have to fill in credit card number, choose plan and make payment? Kind of worried about automatic charge.
And if I don't make payment, then the previous record would be read-only version?

The automated charge will occur if the billing details contain a valid credit card at that time. If no valid payment exists, after the trial expires, the site could be suspended for a time. Shortly after that it could be deleted if no payment is entered. You could switch the product plan to the free plan if you wish. However there are limitations within free plans where some features might not work, or there exist a limit to the number of users on the site. More info in What is the Free Jira Cloud plan?

Sorry to bother you, but where can I check I am trying free one and whether I made a plan to make a payment or not? I want to check if I filled in the credit card number or made payment plan.
On top of that, now I think I am trying 30-day premium trial and how can I switch it into free version?

You can see this by going to https://admin.atlassian.com/
Select the organization your site is in.
The click on the Billing tab
This will show you the products and the plan each is using. You can use the Manage link for each product to change the plan for them.
