Setting up a separate Board and Epic for customers to report issues.

Hey - I need to set up a new Board where our customers can submit and see the tasks they have submitted. The point is I would like to have those tasks going to a specific epic and not to general backlog - I have the new board + Epic filter done, but tasks I can only great into backlog and manually drag to Epic later. Would prefer to have them directly associated with this Epic.

You mention "customers" do these users have access to the JSW application? 

Consider the following approach:

  1. create a custom field (single select) that the user would chose. The values of which would mirror each Epic
  2. use an automation addon to add the issue to an Epic based upon the value of the field.
