I will be using Jira for non-technical projects and I've got access to a single board
For me, I'd like to consider every customer/client as a project having its own task, subtsk, and milestone.
After which I'd like to have a bird-eye view of all the projects with the total duration spent at each stage
eg: Customer A
1. Onboarding - x days
2. Validation - x days ( dependency on 2 other projects)
3. Training - x days
4. Testing - x days
5. Troubleshooting - x days
6. Go live - x days
Do you have any recommendations on how to set up my board??
