i am trying to configure jira project boards. would like to give customers acces to kanban board, though only to issues with a certain status.

tried a lot with security levels config but did not make it.

in the finetuning phase of a project i would like to give my customer access to the project board but they dont need to see all internal tasks and issues.

You could use Jira workflow properties to set "browse project" permission to a limited set of people while an issue is in a specific status.

Hi @Frank van Aartrijk,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

You should be do this with the security scheme and change it once the issue reaches a certain status. But you would need an app to do it, like Automation for Jira, JSU or Scriptrunner.
