Setting Up Jira for My Company

Hi!

I am in the process of setting up Jira for the company as a way to give all teams the ability to put in requests with one another and keep track of them. We currently have Jira Software - and I was looking for the best way to set up teams and create an organized foundation. Any suggestions on how to do this?
