Setting Comment as Mandatory on Servicedesk customers Portal

Hallo,

 

I want to configure comment as mandatory reated to approval on customers portal, is it possible to set comment as mandatory when the approvers are rejected or decline the Request?

For the Customer Portal, I believe this is an open suggestion/request that you can vote for, as Atlassian is gathering interest on it: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-3855
