Set up question

Hi,

We have recently purchased Jira to use for tracking issues and have a question regarding the setup of our system

We have set up some workflows and certain workflows consist of more than 2 transitions as a result the issue header only displays 2 buttons and the remainder within a Workflow list button.

We wanted to know is it possible to display all workflow tasks within a list format or alternatively display more than 2 buttons.

I have browsed the knowledgebase and can only see the information required for changing the config file on a local install rather than a cloud based system that we currently use.

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm afraid you can't change it on Cloud, it's one of the restricted functions.

I don't think you'll be able to get it done either, but if you really want to try, raise a request with support at https://support.atlassian.com
