I'm trying to find out the way to change the outgoing mail sender from default system manager to any user who made any changes to issues. (eg. user who wrote a comment, edited an issue, added an issue ...)
So far, I have only managed to find out the way to change the name of the sender (eg. ${fullname} (Jira)), but this isn't enough.
Any suggestion would be very appreciated.

Is all you will be able to change is the name. The email will need to remain as the Jira Server email so responses can be processed by the Jira server. If you are trying to change the email to the users email there would be no way for Jira to capture the replys.
