Set a default field description for a specific project

I would like to set a default description (Aiming, Planning),  for the summary field of my stories. 

I have read this articel https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-set-default-value-for-summary-field-in-jira-800692650.html, however, I only want to chance the field settings for a specific project and not for all projects.

Hi @Max Wichmann 

So if i understand you may have a field configuration scheme shared with several project, so you will need to create a new field configuration and associated it with a new configuration scheme for your project.

Problem, after I changed my default screen settings, all my old descriptions and documentaries are gone! Also of my done Tasks? 

Is it possible to backup my project?
