Set up weekly reminder function in the JIRA tool to automatically receive emails.
Weekly Minutes & Actions for our team meeting. When individuals are assigned a task (action item).
Also, when the issue is created and attendees are entered, do they automatically receive an email notification of the minutes. Need this for tasks too.
I do have it set to receive notifications if anything is updated in the record.
