I submitted a support ticket over a week ago requesting assistance with setting up Jira for our organisation in preparation for an upcoming project. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any response or support.
Could someone kindly reach out and provide the necessary assistance? This setup is time-sensitive, and we would greatly appreciate any help in getting things configured properly as soon as possible.

There are numerous factors when it comes to setting up (new) Jira project. This is usually handled internally, by your Jira admins, or by Solution Partners (or some third-party vendor).
The time to set up and configure everything can really vary. From a couple of minutes to a couple of days/weeks/months, if we're talking about defining processes, workflows, etc.
Note that this is a public community and most people here assist other members in their 'free time'. Thus, if you don't have anyone in-house for those activities, companies usually turn to hire some consultants who help them with the setup (and additionally with support).
Also, Atlassian has pretty decent free courses which are available to everyone and where you can learn basics and some advanced stuff by going through lessons and learning paths > see Atlassian Learning
