Hello,
I’m experiencing issues with my Jira Service Management project. When I try to access the project, I get an error message saying that something went wrong, and the information does not load properly.
Additionally, I had configured a Service Desk email address to allow users to create tickets by email, but this feature is also not working. Emails sent to the address are not creating requests in the system.
I would like to understand what might be causing these issues and how I can resolve them.
