I need to change the account owner for an existing jira service desk subscription. Please can I have some pointers on how to do this.
I have seen instructions on how to change the site administrator. Is that also always the account owner?

Today, we have two persons that could be considered as "account owners":
Billing contact - The person which would be the contact to handle billing and account subscription issues.
Technical contact - The person responsible for technical issues.
Anyone that has site-administration access can navigate to billing > Overview/Billing details > manage contacts and edit the technical and billing contact
