How can add or remove users from agents group

Hello,

Go to Applications -> Application access and you will see all groups, which users are Agents under the Service Desk option.

Could you please confirm if you are using JIRA Server or Cloud?

If you are using JIRA server, @Alexey Matveev provided the steps to do it.

If it is JIRA Cloud, you must click on the Cog Icon in the left-down corner of your application > User management > Product Access

In this view, you can check which groups gives access to each application. To remove/add users with the application license, you can then navigate to the Groups tab and add/remove them from the respective groups.
