is it possible to have jira service desk running with 2 issue type that each have their own workflows?
@Serge Aubin Yes, it is possible. in a JIRA Service Desk project, you can have any issuetype linked to its own custom workflow. The Service Desk Requests that appear on customer portal are linked to one or the other issuetype in the backend, and thus follow the associated workflow.

Yes for sure, we have some JSD with 10 or more issue types and a variety of workflows.
