Hello

I want to migrate the jira server.

How do I transfer my license?

You may not need to do anything special. If you use an XML backup, or even just a database backup, your server ID and license will transfer with you. 

 

Or you can go to my.atlassian.com to get your license key and paste it onto the new server when you're configuring it.
