I am trying to connect my jira account with google chat as an integration which can update me by giving notifications for any update in my project on Jira.
I have followed the steps as mentioned here: https://support.google.com/chat/answer/9575067
However, in the room after adding the chatbot, when I click on 'configure' it takes me to a different web page but doesn't connect anywhere. The error I can see says
jira-bot-production.appspot.com’s server IP address could not be found
I don't know what's wrong, can someone please help.
