Separate licensing for Users

I want to upgrade, just 3 users to Jira Service Management premium license is this possible?

I have 9 agents that are using Jira Service Management Standard and 
3 new agents that need to use Jira Service Management premium 


Is this possible?

I am asking this because the difference is going to be 360$ per month and it is three times more expensive than just adding a license for 3 users

Also, do we have some other options for use for Asset Management?

Unfortunately no this is not possible. The tier level applies to the instance and all associated users.

Regarding other options for asset management I would simply refer you to the Marketplace to investigate possible add-on applications.
