Hi,
I recently set up a board to keep an eye on tickets, so that we can polish any bug reports and move them over to the developer's boards.
For the life of me, I can't seem to get the notifications working.
What I wish to happen :
Email is caught via SMTP and an issue is created in the "project" [working]
A notification email is sent out to all those needed to know [not working]
I've tried adding everyone to admin, I've checked notification settings, I just can't seem to find the answer to this. Any help would be appreciated.
Edit : this is jira board not service desk. id really rather not have to use an entirely new product just for 1 notification if possible.
