Send emails from Outlook to Jira Work Management projects

Hi,

I´m working on a JWM project but I need to add a request type to create new issues based on an email (just like in JSM) but cannot find how to configure it.

Hi Kyana,

The Request Type field is not available for JWM projects - just JSM. You would need to setup the normal email handler function to create issues from Emails if that is what you are looking for.
