We have SD separately but other project contains for example projects which we handle with customers. I was wondering is there a possibility to send emails from Jira project and receive answers from emails as comments for example? So we could avoid external email and things would be added to ticket straight?
Now we use email and copy-paste or forgot to add the latest info to ticket etc.
If not possible right away, suggest plugin for it? I might have some budget for it, but not much...
This would be used ~10 person in the company (of ~50 jira users). So it gives me hard time to pay licenses for all and it is used only minority.

Thank you! At least this would record the emails to the ticket. But with this we cannot reply to email from jira ticket.

I would like to have emails send to Google group email to create the comment if the title is having <project>-<ID> in the title. Otherwise the email is rejected in Jira and will go to the normal group email only.
is this possible to do with the instructions above as we are talking about the group email, which do not have own login details to email server?
